All of our cider comes with a story, a story that dates back a hundred years. We press our fresh apples with a historic press driven by a 17 ft water wheel. Historically famous for grinding buck wheat, flour, and APPLES! With the sound of water falling of the wheel from the mill pond, and the gear and belts humming we press Michigan’s finest apples into cider that we press with brewers of every level in mind. Providing the finest unpreserved cider at large volumes for brewing purposes.
